These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and DPerspective regarding your use of the Service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the End User License Agreement, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Data Residency and Storage

Your data is stored exclusively in DPerspective’s self-hosted datastore. PHI is encrypted at rest and transmitted only over encrypted (TLS) connections, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Changes to the Service and Terms

DPerspective may update the Service and these Terms. When a new version of these Terms is published you may be asked to review and accept it. Your prior acceptances remain on record.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DPerspective operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
